Regaeding participation in VI International
trade fair "CommunTech-2008"
and in V International Congress

Ministry of Housing and Municipal Economy of Ukraine informs that from 12 till 14 of November, 2008 on the territory of International Exhibition Centre (15 Brovarsky Ave., Kyiv, metro station "Livoberezhna") VI International trade fair "CommunTech - 2008" and International Congress "Institutional and Technial Aspects of Housing and Communal Services Reforming - 2008" are held.

The organizers of the exhibition and the Congress are Ministry of Housing and Municipal Economy of Ukraine, International Exhibition Centre Ltd., by support of Ministry of Environmental Protection of Ukraine, Association of Ukrainian Cities and Communities.

Nowadays it is the most authoritative event in Ukraine devoted to the problems of functioning and technical equipment of local economies and housing and communal services. It gives an opportunity to attract additional attention of government and specialists of the sphere to the problems of housing and communal services and ways of their solving optimization.

Since the first trade fair "CommunTech" this event has become popular in Ukraine and abroad and it is a uniting factor in exchange of leading experience regarding determination of priority directions of sphere development and introducing of world developments into technique reequipment of housing and communal services of Ukraine. Last year the best world achievements in the sphere of engineering technologies, equipment and machinery were presented by 214 leading enterprises from18 states. In exhibition and congress work representatives of central organs of executive authorities, local state administrations, local authorities, scientific establishments, enterprises of housing and communal and road and building spheres, waste management sphere.

Association of Ukrainian cities and communities supports your proposition regarding holding of VI International trade fair "CommunTech-2008" and events which are in the framework of the exhibition. Among them are International Congress "Institutional and Technical Aspects of Housing and Communal Services Reforming - 2008" and Scientific and Research Conference "Production and Consumption Wastes. Practical Aspects".

These important events are directed on improving of the system of housing and communal enterprises and organizations management, creation of competitive landscape on the communal services market, rational using of material and energy resources.
